- Cod with a shrimp bread soup, garlic and coriander, fresh tomato with vierge sauce.

- Guinea fowl breast with roasted carrot, wild mushrooms and rosemary sauce.

- Pork loin in black olive dust crust, potato mille-feuille, creamy turnip greens and smoked jus.

- Alternative: Crispy roll stuffed with asian vegetables,chickpea and dried tomato stew, watercress salad,coconut,citrus sauce.
